Overview

Bonderite® S-ST 6776 LO Aero, also known as Turco 6776 LO, is a ready-to-use, green viscous liquid formulated for the effective removal of tough coatings such as epoxies, epoxy primers, and polyurethanes. Part number 597105 is engineered for use on aluminum, mild steel, cast iron, and titanium, but is not recommended for high-strength steel or magnesium. Its thixotropic nature allows it to cling to vertical and overhead surfaces, forming a film that retards evaporation and extends working time. The product is free of methylene chloride, chlorinated solvents, phenols, chromates, ammonia, and amines, making it a safer alternative for aerospace and industrial environments. It meets the Effect on Metals requirements of MIL-R-81903A and complies with NESHAP regulations. Bonderite® S-ST 6776 LO Aero is approved by Boeing, Lockheed, and McDonnell Douglas per Bulletin No. 114, and does not require mixing or dilution prior to use.Related Products:
