Overview
This exterior primer offers excellent adhesion to aluminum and composite surfaces and can be applied using all current non-electrostatic spray equipment. It features improved Skydrol® resistance and can be applied in a wide range of conditions. The primer is difficult to remove with chemical strippers, ensuring long-lasting protection. It maintains performance across a service temperature range of -54°C to 177°C (-65°F to 350°F). The kit includes two components that must be mixed in a 1:1 ratio by volume: 1 part of the 515X349 base component and 1 part of the 910X533 activator component. Prior to mixing, thoroughly shake the base component. After adding the activator to the base component, stir well and maintain constant agitation for 10 minutes to ensure proper mixing. The material should be stored at temperatures between 5°C to 35°C (41°F to 95°F) to ensure shelf life.
