Overview

Royco 49 is a smooth, buttery extreme pressure grease. This gray-black grease is compounded with a highly refined mineral oil in a non-soap thickener. In addition to its extreme pressure load carrying performance provided by microfine molybdenum disulfide, additives for exceptional salt water corrosion protection and oxidation resistance make Royco 49 an excellent choice in application requiring high pressure, wide temperature range operation and/or contact with salt water or high-pressure steam. This grease is used in many naval and marine applications such naval carrier catapult pad and elevator bogie lubrication.
