Overview

Artex 455-0012 is replacement battery kit. The ME406 family uses the 455-0012 Battery Pack Replacement Kit, which comes with an extra gasket and screws, as well as the battery pack itself. Consists of two D size lithium manganese dioxide cells connected in series. Diodes and fuses are connected to inline power from each cell to prevent cells from being charged. The battery replacement kit consists of • Battery pack (453-6499, Li/MnO2, yellow) • Replacement gasket (183-0050, 1 ea.) • Log book entry label (200-01-0006, 1 ea.) • Extra mounting screws (102-0402, Philips, truss-head, 6-32x7/8, 2 ea.) • Battery pack installation instruction, ME406 lithium battery packs (571-6499, 1 ea.) • Label, ME406 lithium battery pack (591-6499, 1 ea.) • Label, work order #, batch, date (594-0012, 1 ea.)
