Lanxess® Royco® 44 Anti-Seize Compound, Black Color, 1.75 Lb Can

Royco® 44 has a consistency similar to modeling clay and is black in color. It is recommended for use as an anti-seize compound for threaded fasteners and fittings, as well as spark plugs and igniters. This compound is electrically conductive, making it an effective torque aid. Royco® 44 may be safely used in contact with corrosion-resistant metals such as austenitic stainless steels, titanium, nickel, and cobalt alloys. Royco® 44 is a stiff, charcoal grey/black lubricant with microfine graphite in a petrolatum base. It is formulated to combine the requirements for electrical conductivity with the suitability of contacts between corrosion-resistant metals and metal alloys in aircraft engines and components. This anti-seize material can prevent seizure and over-torque conditions in fasteners such as engine mounting hardware and brake assemblies, and it is specified in many aircraft and engine maintenance procedures.
