Overview
The adhesive features a dual cure mechanism (room temperature and heat), providing high compressive and peel strength, making it an excellent gap filler. It can achieve handling strength at room temperature (around 25°C / 77°F) in 24 hours. The paste has a gel-like consistency that prevents sagging and slumping, making it suitable for application on vertical or overhead surfaces. It forms a strong, durable bond that can withstand significant compressive forces and is resistant to peeling. Designed to resist microcracking, it performs reliably under repeated temperature changes, such as those experienced in flight. The adhesive is suitable for bonding a variety of substrates common in aviation, including metals, composites, and plastics.
