Overview
Henkel Loctite® Super Bonder® 415 Series one-part moisture cure instant adhesive resists a tensile strength of 1740 to 3625 psi and shear strength of 3600 psi. The liquid adhesive has an irritating odor and comes in a 1-ounce bottle. This colorless adhesive dries to light yellow color. It has a specific gravity of 1.09 and a viscosity of 1500 centipoises. The methyl-based adhesive has a flash point of 80 to 93 degrees C and a boiling point greater than 300 degrees F. It requires 30 seconds to set and curing time of 24 hours. This product has a vapor pressure greater than 0.2 millimeters Hg at 75 degrees F. It withstands a temperature rating of -65 to 180 degrees F.
