Overview
Dow Corning® 730 FS Series non-sag solvent-resistant sealant is white in color and offers good resistance to weathering, vibration, moisture and temperature extremes. The acetic acid odored paste sealant comes in a 23-kilogram pail. It has a specific gravity of 1.44 at 23 degrees C, VOC content of 92 grams per liter and a flash point of 95 degrees C. The sealant withstands a temperature rating of -65 to 260 degrees C. It has a tensile strength of 434 psi and is applied overhead or on vertical surfaces without fear of sagging, slumping or running off. The one-component fluorosilicone elastomer-based sealant has a curing time of 24 hours at room temperature upon moisture and a drying time of 15 to 90 minutes.
