Overview
Loctite® UK 3173 is a dark brown polyurethane resin that when mixed with Loctite® UK 3182 polyurethane hardener, forms a low shrinkage, low-exotherm potting compound. The two parts are mixed in a volume ratio of 1:5.2 or weight ratio of 13:87 (resin: hardener). The product cures in 90 min at +77 degrees F (+25 degrees C) or, as an alternate cure schedule, in 30 min at +185 degrees F (+85 degrees C).
