Overview
Henkel Loctite® structural adhesive with activator, has a specific gravity of 0.97 and a flash point of 10.6 degrees C for safe use. This acrylic-based adhesive has a vapor pressure of 29 millimeters Hg, VOC contents of 1.92 grams per liter and a boiling point temperature rating of 101 degrees C. The pungent/acrylic odored, liquid adhesive is milky white in color and comes in a 50-milliliter cartridge. It withstands a tensile strength of 3430 psi and shear strength of 1500 psi for ABS. This product requires 24 hours for curing at 22 degrees C, 5 minutes for applying at 25 degrees C and 12 to 15 minutes for setting. It has storage temperature rating less than or equal to 37.8 degrees C. The non-sag dispensing properties help for filling large gaps.
