Henkel Loctite® Speedbonder™ 324 Series two-step acrylic structural adhesive is yellow in color and has a vapor pressure greater than 10 millimeters Hg at 25 degrees C. The liquid adhesive has a sharp/irritating odor and comes in a 50-milliliter bottle. It has a specific gravity of 1.1 and a viscosity of 17,000 centipoises. The methyl methacrylate-based adhesive has a flash point of 90 degrees C and a boiling point greater than 149 degrees C. It requires 5 minutes to set and curing time of 24 hours. This product resists a tensile strength of 4900 psi and shear strength of 2700 psi. It withstands a temperature rating of up to 350 degrees F.
