Overview

Henkel Loctite® Hysol® E-20NS non-sag epoxy adhesive comes in two parts resin and hardener. Resin has a boiling point greater than 500 degrees F. Both the resin and hardener having 10 grams per liter VOC, has a flash point greater than 199.4 degrees F. The mild odored resin has a viscosity of 80,000 to 280,000 centipoises. Strong ammoniacal odored hardener has a viscosity of 30,000 to 90,000 centipoises. It can be mixed in 2:1 ratio by volume or 100:48 ratio by weight. This adhesive requires a curing time of 24 hours, an application time of 20 minutes and a setting time of 2.5 hours. It resists a tensile strength of 3335 psi and a shear strength of 2790 psi. This product comes in a 50-milliliter dual cartridge and allows an elongation of 0.04.
