Henkel Loctite® Hysol® E-20HP Adhesive 29314, 50 mL dual cartridge

Henkel Loctite? Hysol? E-20HP general-purpose epoxy adhesive is a two-component formula containing pale yellow colored liquid resin-based on epoxy and yellow colored liquid hardener-based on mercaptan. The faint epoxy odored resin has a 205 degrees F flash point and a 1.1 specific gravity. Mild odored hardener of this adhesive has a greater than 200.12 degrees F flash point and a 1.15 specific gravity. The viscosity for resin is 40,000 to 90,000 centipoises and for hardener is 5500 to 8000 centipoises. It withstands a storage temperature rating of 46 to 82 degrees F. The VOC content for both resin and hardener is lesser than 10 grams per liter. Both resin and hardener is rated to mix in the ratio 2:1 by volume or 100:55 by weight. This adhesive takes 20 minutes for application and cures in 3 to 6 hours. It has a 5700 psi tensile strength and 4690 psi shear strength. This product comes in a 50-milliliter dual cartridge and supports an elongation of 0.08.
