Henkel Loctite® Hysol® E-00NS Adhesive 29294, 50 mL dual cartridge

Henkel Loctite? Hysol? E-00NS non-sag epoxy adhesive is a two-component formula containing clear colored liquid-like epoxy resin and light cream colored liquid-like hardener. The faint epoxy odored resin having greater than 300.2 degrees F boiling point, has a greater than 200.12 degrees F flash point and a 1.17 specific gravity. The mercaptan sulfur odored hardener has a 496.4 degrees F flash point and a 1.12 specific gravity. The viscosity for resin is 200,000 to 700,000 centipoises and for hardener is 20,000 to 70,000 centipoises. It has a storage temperature rating of 8 to 21 degrees C. The VOC content for both resin and hardener is lesser than 10 grams per liter. Both the resin and hardener mixes in the ratio 1:1 by volume or 100:92 by weight. This adhesive takes 3 minutes for application and cures in 24 hours. It has a 1500 psi tensile strength and 1600 psi shear strength. This product comes in a 50-milliliter dual cartridge and supports an elongation of 0.15.
