Overview
Henkel Loctite® Prism® 4205 Series thermal-resistant instant adhesive is clear yellow in color and has a vapor pressure greater than 0.2 millimeters Hg. The liquid adhesive has a sharp/irritating odor and comes in a 20-gram tube. It has a specific gravity of 1.058 and a viscosity of 70,000 to 250,000 megapascal. This product has a flash point of 80 to 93 degrees C and a boiling point greater than 149 degrees F. It requires 90 seconds to set and curing time of 24 hours. The adhesive resists shear strength of 2300 psi. It withstands a temperature rating of -65 to 250 degrees F.
