Overview

Henkel Loctite® 4204 Series moisture cure instant adhesive has a specific gravity of 1.1 and a viscosity of 4000 centipoises. The liquid adhesive has an irritating odor and comes in a 1-liter bottle. This colorless adhesive dries to yellow color. It has a flash point of 80 to 93 degrees C and a boiling point greater than 300 degrees F. This product requires 75 seconds to set and curing time of 24 hours. It has a vapor pressure greater than 0.2 millimeters Hg and resists shear strength of 2400 psi. The adhesive withstands a temperature rating of -65 to 250 degrees F.
