Overview
Henkel Loctite® Prism® 455 Series thermal-resistant instant adhesive is cloudy/light yellow in color and has a vapor pressure greater than 0.2 millimeters Hg. The liquid/gel adhesive has a negligible odor and comes in a 850-gram cartridge. It has a specific gravity of 1.1 and a viscosity of 10,000 to 26,000 centipoises. The adhesive has a flash point of 80 degrees C and a boiling point greater than 149 degrees C. It requires 40 seconds to set and curing time of 24 hours. This product resists a tensile strength of 4560 psi and shear strength of 2600 psi. It withstands a temperature rating of -65 to 200 degrees F.
