Overview
Henkel Loctite® Super Bonder® 409 Series colorless moisture cure instant adhesive has a specific gravity of 1.1 and a viscosity of 27,500 centipoises. The liquid adhesive has a sharp/irritating odor and comes in a 3-gram tube. It has a flash point of 80 to 93 degrees C and a boiling point greater than 300 degrees F. This product requires 75 seconds to set and curing time of 24 hours. It has a vapor pressure greater than 0.5 millimeters Hg. This adhesive resists a tensile strength of 1740 to 3625 psi and shear strength of 3200 psi. It withstands a temperature rating of -65 to 180 degrees F.
