Overview
Henkel Loctite® 222 Threadlocker Sealant is a low-strength, purple methacrylate anaerobic adhesive supplied as part number 21464. Loctite® 222 cures in the absence of air when confined between close-fitting metal threads and is formulated for small fasteners such as adjusting screws, countersunk head screws, and set screws. The material resists vibration-induced loosening yet allows disassembly with hand tools and is suitable for use on both active and passive metal substrates.
