It has a boiling point of 212 degrees F and a specific gravity of 1. This liquid cleaner has less than 0.5% VOC contents that ensure fast evaporation without leaving any residues. It has a pH level of 7.5 to 9 that ensures better cleaning of the floors without harming the floor finish. This cleaner comes in a 5-gallon pail.
