Overview
Leak-Tec® formulas consist of stable synthetic surfactants with low surface tension and low interfacial tension on metals, whether clean, tarnished, oily, or covered with oxidation products. The fluid wets and spreads evenly and rapidly, responding to minute leaks with clusters of bubbles that collapse and re-form continually, providing better visibility than the gradual growth of larger bubbles. Leak-Tec® is approximately neutral, immune to bacterial action, and does not develop sediment. It is non-corrosive, leaving no undesirable residue upon evaporation, which allows paint to adhere well even if not wiped or flushed away.
