Henkel Loctite® 7090 Series adhesive activator has a flash point greater than 93 degrees C for safe use. The solvent-based product activator has VOC contents of 97.14%, 1005 grams per liter EPA Method 24. The slightly acrylic odored, liquid adhesive activator is dark blue-green in color and comes in a 1-liter bottle. It withstands a temperature of 46.4 to 69.8 degrees F.
