ROYCO 11MS is a smooth, gray-black colored grease designed for high-load applications in aircraft. Utilizing an inorganic gel thickener, this grease is formulated for high-temperature operation and provides exceptional performance in demanding environments.
ROYCO 11MS is intended for use in high-load, sliding surface applications, withstanding temperatures from -40°F to 300°F and performing reliably in corrosive environments. Its exceptional water resistance and load-carrying properties make it suitable for bogie pivot pins, landing gear assemblies, actuators, and other airframe applications requiring high performance. This grease is specified for use in landing gear assemblies of many Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, and other transport aircraft. The modern additive package includes molybdenum disulfide, which enhances the greases load-carrying ability while providing corrosion and oxidation protection. It also contains rust inhibitors, ensuring severe duty performance over extreme temperature ranges. However, it should not be used in high-speed bearing applications without prior performance evaluation.
