3M™ PPS™ Large Lid & Liner Kit, 28oz

3M PPS spray gun cup liner kit contains disposable lids with pre-welded micron filters for straining paint, disposable liners, and sealing plugs for use with the 3M Paint Preparation System (PPS). The PPS kit allows technicians to mix graduated measurements when used with a mix ratio film insert or by weight scale. Mix ratio film inserts sold separately. Unlike conventional Paint Cup Systems, PPS eliminates the need for mixing paint in an additional paint mix cups, then transferring the paint through a separate filter into a paint reservoir.  Every time the painter transfers paint material, there is waste associated in the mixing cup and filter.  This not only improves consistent material transfer, which improves quality, but also reduces paint overspray, and improves paint consumption. Kit contains 25 each large lids, filters, liners and sealing caps. Graduated measurement to 28 oz/840 mL (with mix ratio film insert). Max. capacity of 32 oz/950 mL (filled to within 1/8 inch of rim). For use with part number 16023 (051131-16023).
