Our 3M™ Stikit™ gold disc roll 216U features aluminum oxide mineral abrasive for a sharp cut and uniform finish during collision repair. These tear off discs are packed into a single roll and feature Stikit™ adhesive attachment, making them exceptionally fast and easy-to-use. Load-resistant coating and available 7-hole pattern help clear dust from the disc surface for longer life. 3M™ Stikit™ disc rolls are multiple adhesive backed abrasive discs rolled onto a core. This makes them easy-to-tear off one at a time for speed and efficiency and there's no need for liners which saves on material costs. These ready-to-use Stikit™ discs feature a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backs - simply press the disc onto the back-up pad and you're ready-to-go. They remove just as cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next disc. We recommend using Stikit™ discs with 3M™ Stikit™ disc pads. With its open coat construction and aluminum oxide mineral abrasive, our 3M™ Stikit™ gold disc roll 216U provides a sharp cut - more aggressive than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade. Light A-weight paper backing and a range of medium coarse to fine grits make the disc ideal for featheredging and primer sanding. The Stikit™ gold disc roll 216U is available in a range of sizes and works with all collision repair substrates including clear coat, fiberglass, paint, primer and plastic. Open coat construction means the abrasive grains on our 3M™ Stikit™ gold disc roll 216U are placed with space between them to help evacuate sanding dust and other debris and avoid clogging the cutting edge of the grains. The anti-loading coating also allows the disc to continue cutting even when sanding materials that would otherwise clog the disc. All of this adds up to increased productivity and reduced material consumption.
