Overview
The Scotch-Brite™ Hookit™ production clean and finish disc is a very fine grade aluminum oxide disc that delivers high cut, long life and a better finish. It can be used on aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, wood and fiberglass in order to finish, paint prep or surface blend. The Scotch-Brite™ clean and finish disc is conformable and works well for finishing, paint preparation, surface blending and scuffing applications. It also works well for contour finishing and lacquer sanding. This disc is flexible, making it effective for getting into hard to reach areas and producing uniform finishes. The abrasive mineral effectively blends, finishes and polishes metals, composites and advanced surfaces and is an effective abrasive tool for paint prep, scuffing and light corrosion removal. The disc runs cool and resists loading to continuously provide consistent conditioning properties throughout the life of the product.
