The 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Urethane Adhesive 021200-65219 EC-3532 B/A, is engineered for high-performance bonding in aerospace and industrial applications. This two-component adhesive cures at room temperature or with heat to deliver strong, impact-resistant structural bonds that meet demanding specifications. EC-3532 B/A offers excellent adhesion to primed or painted metal and plastic substrates, minimizing surface preparation and improving efficiency. Its sag-resistant formulation sets approximately 30 seconds after mixing, preventing dripping and ensuring precise application. With a 5–15 minute work life and a 24-hour cure time, this adhesive provides flexibility for positioning and fast results. Urethane chemistry ensures durability under variable environmental conditions, including temperature, moisture, and chemical exposure, making it ideal for joining dissimilar materials without damaging surfaces.
