Overview
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EC-3535 urethane adhesive is a two-component formulation such as part-A and part-B. Slight odored part-A is brown in color. The isocyanate accelerator-based part-A has a specific gravity of 1.34, VOC contents of 1.7 to 2 grams per liter, flash point greater than or equal to 367 degrees F and a boiling point temperature rating greater than or equal to 186 degrees C. This liquid adhesive comes in a 5-gallon container. It withstands shear strength of 810 psi at 75 degrees F. The product has work life 3 to 5 minutes and requires 8 hours for curing. It withstands a temperature of 60 to 80 degrees F.
