3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EC-3501 epoxy adhesive is a two-part room temperature curable epoxy, consisting of base and accelerator, which is mixed in 1:1 ratio for better results. It has a boiling point greater than or equal to 295 degrees F. The adhesive has a flash point greater than or equal to 250 degrees F and a density of 1.5 grams per milliliter. It comes with a vapor pressure rating less than or equal to 27 psia. This product has a viscosity rating greater than or equal to 50,000 centipoises. The thick adhesive formula has a peeling strength of 4 piw at 75 degrees F for aluminum and a shear strength of 2400 psi at 75 degrees F for aluminum. This product comes in a 5-gallon tube and requires a curing time of 12 hours with a storage temperature rating of 60 to 80 degrees F. This white colored liquid adhesive has epoxy odor and gives high results with low waste.
