Overview
The 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ 021200-26005 EC-2615 B/A Structural Epoxy Adhesive, is a high-performance, two-part epoxy system designed for critical bonding applications in aerospace and industrial environments. This adhesive cures at room temperature and provides exceptional peel and shear strength, making it an ideal alternative to mechanical fasteners such as screws, rivets, and spot welds. With a 2:1 mix ratio and a 60-minute work life, EC-2615 B/A allows ample time for positioning and adjustments before setting. It offers excellent hot/wet resistance and maintains bond integrity under vibration and environmental stress. The adhesive cures fully in 7 hours at 72°F (22°C) and can be heat-accelerated for faster processing. Available in bulk or duo-pak cartridges, it supports efficient application with controlled flow and minimal waste. EC-2615 B/A is suitable for bonding metals, composites, and plastics, delivering strong, durable joints for structural bonding in aerospace and other demanding industries.
