Overview

Magnaflux ZP-4B is free flowing, white powder used as a high sensitivity dry developer applied to oven dried parts following the use of penetrants. Its distinctive feature is that it forms a thin film on parts. This film enhances the visibility of ultra-fine discontinuities. ZP-4B is ideal for turbine and critical components. ZP-4B ZYGLO is listed on the QPL SAE AMS 2644 Qualified Product List and is approved for use by Pratt & Whitney.
