Overview

009402 Cor-Ban® 27L is a non-toxic, non-drying corrosion inhibiting compound that forms a smooth, buff-colored film on metal surfaces. It is user safe, low odor, and coats intricate parts with ease. Cor-Ban® 27L withstands high UV exposure and highly corrosive environments, and passes the lightning strike test. It is approved as a replacement for chromate-containing non-curing pastes and is free of chromates, asbestos, MoS₂, graphite, and heavy metals. Suitable for static joint applications, access panel fasteners, external antenna mounts, and more. Application is easy with a spatula, brush, or cartridge, and removal is achieved with citrus-based cleaner or mineral spirits.
