008017 Cor-Ban® 23 is a super penetrating, water displacing corrosion inhibiting compound designed for aircraft substrates. It forms a light reddish-pink, non-sagging, thixotropic film that is solvent removable and non-tacky. The product is free from chromates and heavy metals, has low toxicity, and offers exceptional salt spray resistance exceeding 3000 hours. It is suitable for use on upper edge floor beams, wheel wells, pressure decks, and center wing sections. Cor-Ban 23 can be applied using conventional spray equipment and is compatible with Formit® extensions for targeted application.
