RTV162 Silicone Adhesive Sealant is a one-component, ready-to-use electronic grade silicone sealant that cures to a tough, resilient rubber upon exposure to moisture at room temperature. It is non-corrosive to electronic metals, ideal for electrical insulation applications.

Overview
This sealant retains its properties over a wide temperature range, from -75°F to +400°F (-60°C to 200°C), and can withstand short periods up to 260°C (500°F). RTV 162 is recognized by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL File No. E-36952) and meets MIL-A-46146B Type 1 specifications. It features a low odor cure, releasing alcohol vapor during the curing process, and provides excellent resistance to moisture, dust, dirt, UV, ozone, and chemicals.
