Overview

MOLYKOTE® P-37 is a high-purity mineral-oil-based anti-seize paste formulated with graphite and zirconium dioxide solid lubricants. Designed for extreme environments, it prevents seizing, galling, and thread damage in bolted joints exposed to high temperatures, corrosion, and heavy loads.
The paste contains no intentional lead, nickel, sulfur, chlorine, or fluorine, ensuring compatibility with sensitive metal alloys and critical applications. With low seepage and strong thermal stability, it is widely used on fasteners in gas and steam turbines, power generation systems, and high-temperature industrial assemblies. Screws and bolts treated with P‑37 can be removed easily even after prolonged operation at extreme temperatures.

Features & Benefits

  • Compatible with extreme temperatures up to 1,400°C
  • Excellent load-carrying capability and seize protection
  • High-purity formulation with low sulfur and halogen content
  • Low seepage for clean handling in sensitive assemblies
  • Allows easy fastener removal after long-term high-temperature exposure
  • Resists brittleness and degradation at elevated temperatures
  • Contains no intentional PTFE or PFAS compounds
