Overview

Henkel Loctite® Hysol® EA 960F epoxy adhesive is ideal for use on exterior aircraft surfaces. This adhesive is a two-component system, which includes solid part-A in tan color and solid part-B in white color. Amine odor part-A has a viscosity of 6500 poise. The slight epoxy odored part-B has a viscosity of 600 poise. Both the part-A and part-B having greater than 201 degrees F flash point, has a specific gravity of 1.58. The epoxy compound comes in a 1-quart container and can be mixed in a ratio of 3:2 by volume or 100:50 by weight. It takes greater than 24 hours for effective curing and has a shear strength of 2200 psi at 77 degrees F. This product has 30 minutes of pot life.
