Overview

Henkel Loctite® 3414 Series adhesive with activator, is a two-component formulation such as part-A and part-B. Part-A is milky white in color, while part-B is amber in color. The pungent/acrylic odored part-A has a vapor pressure of 29 millimeters Hg, specific gravity of 0.97 to 1, VOC contents of 1.92 grams per liter, flash point of 10.56 degrees C and a boiling point temperature rating of 101.1 degrees C. The pungent/acrylic odored part-B has a vapor pressure of 29 millimeters Hg, specific gravity of 0.94 to 1, VOC contents of 1.92 grams per liter, flash point of 10.56 degrees C and a boiling point temperature rating of 101.1 C. This methyl methacrylate-based, liquid adhesive comes in a 50-milliliter cartridge and can be mixed in 1:1 ratio. It withstands a tensile strength of 2900 psi and shear strength greater than 2080 psi for ABS. This product requires 24 hours for curing, 10 minutes for applying at 25 degrees C and 19 to 20 minutes for setting. It has storage temperature rating less than or equal to 37.8 degrees C.
