This clear, gel adhesive is designed for general-purpose use in medical devices. Packaged in a 20-gram tube, it features a curing time of 24 hours and a quick setting time of 5 to 20 seconds. It can withstand temperatures from -65 to 180 degrees F and has a specific gravity of 1. 05.
Henkel Loctite® Prism® 4541 Series general-purpose instant medical device adhesive is clear in color and has a flash point of 80 to 93 degrees C and a specific gravity of 1.05. The sharp, irritating odored, gel adhesive comes in a 20-gram tube. The one-part adhesive has a boiling temperature rating greater than 300 degrees F and withstands a temperature rating of -65 to 180 degrees F. This product has a vapor pressure less than 0.2 millimeters Hg and a viscosity of 29,000 centipoises. It has a curing time of 24 hours at room temperature and a setting time of 5 to 20 seconds.
