Overview
This threadlocker sealant fluoresces under UV light, making it excellent for quality control during application. The low viscosity of Grade AA makes it ideal for sealing porosities in welds and metal castings. It can penetrate porosities and cracks by capillary action, effectively filling voids as large as 0.127 mm (0.005). The adhesive is designed for high strength and can be removed with heat at temperatures up to 315°C (600°F), ensuring versatility in maintenance and repair tasks.
