3M? Scotch-Weld? EC-2615 LW B/A structural epoxy adhesive is a tough, two-part low-sag epoxy structural formula, ensures greater bond strength at low and elevated temperatures. The amber colored part-A liquid/paste of epoxy adhesive has a mild odor and 1.26 specific gravity. White to dark gray colored part-B liquid/paste of epoxy adhesive has a mild odor and 1.33 specific gravity. It has a boiling point greater than or equal to 260 degrees C for part-A. The adhesive has a flash point greater than or equal to 480 degrees F for part-A and greater than or equal to 340 degrees F for part-B. It has a density of 1.09 pounds per gallon for part-A and 9.5 pounds per gallon for part-B. This product has a viscosity of 8500 to 13,000 centipoises for part-A and 100,000 centipoises for part-B. It requires an application time of 60 minutes and requires a curing time of 7 days. The epoxy compound ensures a shear strength of 5800 psi at 75 degrees F and 3500 psi at 160 degrees F. This product comes in a 1.25-ounce duo-pak cartridge and is rated at 60 to 80 degrees F for safe use.
