Piston Housings
The brake piston housing contains the brake pistons and adjusters. When hydraulic pressure is applied it actuates the pistons to apply pressure to the pressure plate to squeeze the rotors and stators together to slow down or stop the aircraft during landing or taxiing.
Carrier and Lining Assemblies
A rotor disc (carrier and lining assembly) commonly has drive slots on the outer diameter that engage drive inserts in the wheel. A rotor has a steel carrier with lining material sintered to each side.
Linings/Wear Pads
Linings are the friction materials that come into contact with the brake discs to generate the necessary friction for braking and are riveted to the stationary discs.
Stator and Rotors
Stator discs are stationary circular metal plates that are commonly keyed to the torque tube. The torque tube absorbs the torque when the brakes are applied. Rotors or rotating discs are keyed to the wheel inserts and when the brake is applied, they are squeezed against the stators to slow or stop the aircraft.
Brake Parts Kits
Overhaul kits for brake assemblies and various components. Overhaul kits typically contain commonly replaced items such as linings, rivets, seals or adjuster tubes. Can contain parts to reseal shuttle valves or repair hub caps.
Sleeves
Cylindrical sleeves that provide a protective and guiding surface for the brake pistons or brake adjuster mechanisms.

Wheel Halves and Assemblies
Wheel halves are the two main components that make up an aircraft wheel. They are designed to provide structural support and proper tire mounting, allowing the aircraft to transition from flight to ground operations. Full wheel assemblies are also available.
Valve Assemblies
Valve assemblies facilitate proper tire inflation and allow for the controlled release or addition of nitrogen to the tire.
Wheel Assembly Inserts
Wheel inserts are used to create an interface between the wheel and the rotating disc rotor slots or channels.
Seals, O-rings, and Preformed Packing
Seals, O-rings, and preformed packings are used in aircraft wheels to provide sealing and prevent air, fluid, grease leakage or water contamination in various components.
Tapered Roller Bearing Cups and Cones
Wheel bearing cups and cones provide the interface between the wheel and axle to allow for smooth rotation. When properly installed and lubricated they provide a reliable and long service life.
Heat Shield Assemblies
Heat shields are designed to protect the wheel and components from the heat generated during braking.
