Heatcon® HCS2114 Flash Tape is a high-temperature polyester tape with a silicone adhesive, primarily used in composite material processing and vacuum bagging applications. It effectively keeps vacuum bagging materials in place during the curing process.
This greenish-blue tape is designed for resin or adhesive flash removal, protecting tooling parts and component areas from excess resin. Made of polyester with a fully pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive, HCS2114 provides excellent temperature and pressure resistance. It allows for a clean release without leaving residue on most materials, making it ideal for various applications in composite manufacturing.
