Overview
GE Engines TRIO II Low Pressure Stage-2 Turbine Blades 1536M22P03 are specifically designed for low pressure ratio operation to provide high aerodynamic efficiency, recover exhaust energy, and minimize back pressure. These turbine blades must operate under extreme circumstances, such as rotating at higher RPM through gas streams that may have higher temperatures than the blade's melting point. In those circumstances, 1536M22P03 turbine blade manages mechanical stress and also transfers heat to an internal cooling flow in order to survive in these conditions. The high-resistance super polished high-pressure stage-2 turbine blade 1536M22P03 is fabricated from high strength super alloys that can withstand engine operating temperature.
