Our 3M™ Stikit™ gold film abrasive disc roll 255L features a single roll tear off disc format and Stikit™ adhesive attachment, making it fast and easy-to-use. Aluminum oxide mineral abrasive with film backing balances aggressive cut with a consistent finish. Anti-loading coating and available 7-hole pattern help clear dust from the disc surface for longer life. 3M™ Stikit™ gold film abrasive disc roll 255L is packaged as multiple adhesive backed discs rolled onto a core. These discs tear off conveniently one at a time for speed and efficiency and they require no liners which saves material costs. 3M™ Stikit™ discs come ready-to-use with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backs - simply press the disc onto the back-up pad and you're ready-to-go. They remove just as cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next disc. We recommend using Stikit™ discs with 3M™ Stikit™ disc pads. For best results, we recommend use with the 3M™ Stikit™ disc roll dispenser PN 05450.With its aluminum oxide mineral abrasive, our 3M™ Stikit™ gold film abrasive disc roll 255L provides a sharp cut - more aggressive than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade. A range of coarse to medium fine grits are built on durable film backing that provides uniform mineral orientation for consistent finishes. These discs are ideal for sanding and featheredging filler and putties and primer sanding. 3M™ Stikit™ gold film abrasive disc roll 255L is suitable for multiple substrates including bare metal, e-coat, clear coat, fiberglass, paint, primer and plastic. The anti-loading coating on the abrasive grains also allows the disc to continue cutting when sanding materials that would otherwise clog the disc. All of this adds up to increased productivity and reduced material consumption.
