Overview
D-5928NS Synthetic Aircraft Grease is a synthetic-hydrocarbon-fluid type grease with a non-soap thickener formulated to lubricate bearings and other mechanisms operating at high speeds and extremes of low and high temperatures. Zip-Chem D-5928NS contains Mobil Grease 28* Grease and carefully selected propellants.

Compatible with mineral oil base grease. The aerosol application affords ease of application to hard to reach areas. Recommended for use in landing wheel assemblies, control systems and actuators, screwjacks, servo devices, sealed-bearing motors, oscillating bearings and helicopter rotor bearing on military and civil aircraft. D-5928NS is recommended for lubrication of plain and anti-friction bearings at low to high speeds, and for splines, screws, worm gears, and other mechanisms where high friction reduction, and low lubricant friction losses are required. D-5928NS conforms to the requirements of Mil-G-81322F, General-Purpose Aircraft grease. This specification describes a grease intended for use over the temperature range of -65� F. (-54� C.) to 350� F. (177� C.).
