Overview
B274-ASP108 combines a high-performance polyurethane elastomer base with a compatible curing component to form a tough, flexible erosion-resistant film. Engineered for aerospace and high-speed applications, the coating bonds well to typical substrate materials and cures at ambient temperatures. It can be applied by pressure or suction spray equipment and is optimized for target thicknesses in the 11–13 mil (0.28–0.33 mm) range to balance erosion protection and aerodynamic smoothness. Fast cure characteristics enable full thickness application within six hours under recommended conditions.
Features & Benefits
Engineered for exceptional rain erosion resistance at high speeds.
Superior adhesion and durability compared with single-component coatings.
Cures at ambient conditions—no elevated bake required.
Full-thickness coatings can be applied and cured in less than six hours, improving turnaround.
Compatible with pressure or suction spray equipment for consistent film build.
Formulated to help prevent static charge buildup on coated surfaces.
Recommended 11–13 mils for best balance of protection and surface finish.
