Overview
Henkel Loctite® Super Bonder® 495 Series moisture cure instant adhesive has a specific gravity of 1.1 and a viscosity of 45 centipoises. The liquid adhesive has an irritating odor and comes in a 1-pound bottle. This colorless adhesive dries to light yellow color. It has a flash point of 80 to 93 degrees C and a boiling point greater than 149 degrees C. This product requires 20 seconds to set and curing time of 24 hours. It has a vapor pressure greater than 0.2 millimeters Hg. This adhesive resists a tensile strength of 1740 to 3625 psi and shear strength of 2750 psi. It withstands a temperature rating of -65 to 250 degrees F.
