Boeing Distribution offers a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy exclusively for Bose headsets and cables (A30 and ProFlight2). This policy applies to both direct sales and reseller transactions.
Key Points:
1. Eligibility:
- The 30-day return policy applies only to Bose headsets and cables.
- All returns must be processed through Boeing Distribution located in Dallas, Texas.
2. Open-Box Items:
- Any and all items with the seal broken.
- Open-box items cannot be restocked and resold.
- All returned open-box items are required to be sent back to Bose, facilitated by Boeing Distribution.
- Open-box items returned within the 30-day period will not incur a restocking fee.
3. New (Unopened) Return to Stock (RTS):
- New items eligible for return will follow the standard Boeing Distribution return policy.
4. For non-Bose-approved Reseller Customers:
- All returned items will be assessed by Boeing Distribution to determine if they are open-box or new returns.
- Open-box items must be returned within 30 days of the Post Goods Issued (PGI) date with no restocking fee, and will adhere to the Boeing Distribution return policy.
- New returns will adhere to the Boeing Distribution return policy.
5. For Bose-approved Reseller Customers:
- The 30-day no-questions-asked return policy for resellers begins when the reseller sells the item to the end-user, provided the sale occurs within 90 days of the shipment date from Boeing Distribution.
- Reseller Inventory and Customer Trial Guidelines:

6. Inspection and Validation:
- Resellers are advised to visually inspect items for any broken or tampered manufacturer seals.
- If the seal is unbroken, the item is considered a new return to stock. Resellers should retain new, unopened returned items in their inventory for potential future sales.
- If the seal is broken or if there is uncertainty, the item should be classified as open-box.
- Proof of purchase or sales documentation from the reseller is required to validate the date of sale to the end-user for open-box items.
7. Return Process:
- Open-box items returned within 30 days of sale will be RMA back to Boeing Distribution with no restocking fee.
