Tempest has begun putting wear-indicator ports in their AA241 and AA242 series dry air pumps. The FAA considers this to be a major change and is requiring that Tempest change their part numbers. Therefore, the AA241 and AA242 series pumps will be replaced by the AA243 and AA244 series pumps as inventory is depleted. Prices are not expected to change.
